The short version
MeetYouThere has no accounts, no cookies, and no ads. We record anonymous product events, including the search you ran, to see whether the thing works, but nothing in them identifies you or follows you elsewhere. The only personal data we ever hold is an email address you choose to give us.
Usage analytics
We record anonymous product events (for example “a search was run” or “a share link was copied”) to understand whether the product is useful. Each event carries the page address at the time, which includes the airports or cities in your search, plus the site or campaign link that brought you here, the country your connection comes from, and your browser type. Events from one visit share a random id kept in your browser's tab-session storage: not a cookie, it dies with the tab, so it can't link your visits or follow you to other sites. They carry no name, no account, no IP address and no advertising identifiers.
Those events are stored for us by Axiom, on servers in the EU, and are deleted automatically after 30 days. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for traffic and page-speed measurement; both are cookieless and neither builds a profile of you.
Email (optional, always)
If you enter your email to receive a plan or join a waitlist, we use it only for that purpose: to send you the plan, or one email when your region goes live. It is never sold or shared for marketing. Two copies of it exist. Our own capture log (Axiom, in the EU) holds it alongside the plan it belongs to so a delivery hiccup can't lose it, and deletes it after 30 days. Our email provider, Resend, keeps it on the sending list until we've sent what you asked for (for a waitlist, that means until your region launches) or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Because that form sends real email to whatever address it is given, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address in memory for up to a day to stop anyone abusing it. It can't be turned back into your address, it never reaches permanent storage, and it is never attached to your email.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel, which handles every request and keeps technical logs (including IP addresses) for 30 days to serve and protect it. We don't build anything of our own on top of those.
Booking links
Flight buttons open the booking site (e.g. Skyscanner) in a new tab. From that point their privacy policy applies, not ours.
